Close Window
)Closes the active window.
When you select this command, the active window will be closed, unless it is the only open window of a simulation that has unsaved changes. In this case, a dialog will be displayed asking if you want to save changes to the simulation before closing it, and giving you the following options.
If the active window is the only open window of a simulation, you effectively close the simulation when the you close the window.

which closes the frontmost simulation, including all its open windows.
)
which minimizes the active window, making it an icon in the taskbar/dock.
